This change makes the legacy network stack tasks all the same name. The name is the same as libbsd and is _BSD. Libdebugger needs to know the name of the networking tasks so it does not suspend them disconnecting itself from gdb .

This merges both documents. README was there for historical reasons I kept it mostly intact. One paragraph moved to the top and there was some minor reformatting.
