What can we do with the SUPPORT file. Can it be merged into README.md when !1 is merged or should we delete it?

Feel free to merge it. But the contact information is old. Our area code is 256 and Google says that was split from 205 in 1998.

Move contents of SUPPORT file into README.md
This removes all the static contact information and links directly to OARs website so we no longer have to worry about outdated information.

It looks like it’s still messed up between line 42 and 53 since snoop is enclosed by non-matching quotes.
